More powerful heat oil pump for thermoplastic application
The functioning and performance of the heat-oil pump is essential for the use of thermoplastic road marking machines. In the on-going dialogue with our customers we found out that the heat oil pump, HTO300, could be improved for better performance. This is why we last year started to develop the next version, the HTO400.
First step was to improve the technical design of the pump, which means that the capacity as well as the pressure can now be higher. Furthermore the mechanical design has been slightly changed so the punp is now even more robust.
This new pump has been mounted on our machines since the beginning of this year and is performing very well. The HTO400 can replace the HTO300 on existing machines.
