Application of drop-on beads
During the application of line, the bead gun is used to spray glass beads onto the lines.
The glass bead gun is adjustable in height from surface, angle of diffuser, spreading, atomizing air and nozzle size/opening (flowrate).
We have four sizes of nozzles and two sizes of needles for adjusting the output.
This bead gun is designed to apply beads up to 25-30 cm line width.
The output is approx. 25-35 kg/min. with 3 bars in the glass-bead tank, depending of type of glass-beads and machine size.
